2013 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes – 30 Nominations Taken

Nominations have been released for the Group 1 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes, which are due to run at Caulfield Racecourse this Saturday September 29, 2013.

A total of 30 horses have been nominated for the 2013 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes, including Linton.

Linton has won seven of his 24 race starts and has earned more than $2.07 million in prize money during his horse racing career.

The seven-year-old won his last race in the Group 1 Stradbroke Handicap at Eagle Farm on June 8, 2013, and will be first-up for the spring racing carnival in the 2013 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes.

Linton is also nominated for the Group 1 Moir Stakes at Moonee Valley Racecourse this Friday September 27, 2013.

The Galileo gelding is trained by John Sadler at Flemington Racecourse and will be looking to win his fourth race in a row when he lines up for the 2013 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes.

Temple Of Boom is also included in the 2013 Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes nominations.

The Piccolo gelding has won 10 of his 41 race starts and has earned more than $1.21 million in prize money during his career.

Temple Of Boom has placed second in both his race starts this campaign, with his most recent being behind Speediness in the Group 3 Bobbie Lewis Quality at Flemington on September 7, 2013.
